Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on the H4B platform, operated by HandForBrand, a sole proprietorship based in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India, GST registered.
1. Free trial
Every new account gets a 30 day free trial with no card required. We encourage you to use this period to evaluate H4B fully before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Since the 30 day free trial allows you to test the platform before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
3. Exceptions
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented use of the platform, or billing errors. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@handforbrand.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless it falls under the exceptions above.
