Quick answers
How do I set up my H4B account?
After you sign up, H4B walks you through a short onboarding: your business name, what you make, and your store link. It takes a couple of minutes, and you can change any of it later in Settings.
Do I need to install anything?
No. H4B runs entirely in the browser on your laptop or phone — there's nothing to download, install, or keep updated. You can also add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
How do I add my first product or service?
Go to Products & Services and add what you sell, with a price, photos, and any options customers can choose. Anything you add there shows up on your storefront right away.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Invite them from Settings → Team and pick a role: Owner, Admin, Operations, or Team. Each role sees a different slice of the app — for example, Team members don't see payment amounts or payouts.
How do I create an order manually?
On the Orders page, use New Order to enter a customer and what they've asked for. This is for orders that come in over WhatsApp, a call, or in person — anything placed through your storefront lands there automatically.
