How do I add my first product or service?

Go to Products in the menu, tap Add product, fill in the details and tap Add product again to save. The page itself is titled "Products & Services".

Steps#

1. Open Products from the left menu (on a phone, from the bottom bar or More).
2. Make sure the Products tab is selected, then tap Add product.
3. Type the Product name, for example "Custom Birthday Cake". This is the only required text field.
4. Add Photos. The first photo is the cover customers see first.
5. Choose the Product type: Physical (needs shipping), Digital (file or link sent) or Service (at location).
6. Pick a category, or add a new one, and write a short Description.
7. Enter the Base price (₹) and Turnaround days.
8. Under Advance payment, choose Fixed amount (₹) or Percentage (%) and enter the value. The form shows what the customer pays up front.
9. Optional: tap Add variant group for choices like size or flavour, each with its own price.
10. Keep Active switched on, then tap Add product.

Good to know#

• If you add variants with prices, the base price is set from the lowest variant price automatically.
• Customer portal tabs lets you choose which tabs customers see on the order page for this product.
• Featured shows a "Featured" badge on your storefront.
• Cash on delivery is only offered to customers for Physical products.
• Your products show on your store link. See Share your storefront link.

If something goes wrong#

The Add product button stays grey until you type a product name. If a photo is refused, it may be too large or an unsupported file type. Pick a smaller one.
