How do I create my HandForBrand account?

You create your account at app.handforbrand.com with your email and a password. We email you a code to confirm the address, then a short setup asks about you and your business.

Steps#

1. Open app.handforbrand.com/signup in your browser.
2. Enter your Work email, a Password (at least 6 characters) and Confirm password.
3. Tap Continue. We send a verification code to your email.
4. Type the code into Verification code and tap Verify & create account.
5. Setup step 1, "Let's get to know you": enter your full name and your WhatsApp number (10 digits), then tap Next.
6. Setup step 2, "Tell us about your business": enter your business name, check your store URL (tap edit to change it), choose What do you make?, add your City, then tap Next.
7. Setup step 3, "Your scale": pick how many orders you get a month, how you manage orders today, and how you heard about us. Tap Finish setup.
8. The last screen shows your store link, for example yourname.handforbrand.com. You can copy it, then choose Add your first product or Explore dashboard.

Good to know#

• By signing up you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of the sign-up page.
• Your store URL starts from your business name. Check it in step 2, because it is the link customers will use.
• Made a mistake in the email? On the code screen, tap Change to go back.

If something goes wrong#

• Code is wrong or expired: the app says so. Tap Resend to get a new one.
• Email verified but the password was not saved: use Forgot password on the sign-in page to set one.
• You left setup halfway: sign in again. The app takes you back to the setup.
