What is my store link?

Every business gets its own address at yourname.handforbrand.com, set from the store link you chose during onboarding. It goes live when Storefront active is switched on in Settings, and you can share it anywhere.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Scale plan. In Settings → Business Profile → Custom domain, enter your domain, add the CNAME record shown, then choose Verify connection. Until it is connected your store stays at yourname.handforbrand.com.

Can I change my store's colours and branding?

Yes. In Settings you can set your logo on every plan. Brand colour is available on the Pro and Scale plans. Your storefront, customer emails and tracking pages pick them up.

How do packages work?

A package bundles several products together at a single price — useful for things like a full wedding shoot or a hamper. Customers can open a package to see everything included before they buy.

Can customers order more than one thing at a time?

Yes. Your storefront has a cart, so customers can add several products or packages and check out once. It arrives as a single order with each item listed separately.
