Where is my store link and how do I share it?

Find your storefront link in Settings, preview it, copy it, and turn your storefront on or off with the Storefront active switch.

Your store link looks like yourname.handforbrand.com. You can see, preview and copy it in Settings → Business Profile, in the Storefront section.

Steps#

  1. Open Settings from the menu.
  2. Open the Business Profile tab. It is the first tab. Only the owner and admins see it.
  3. Scroll to the Storefront section.
  4. Tap Preview your store to open it as a customer would see it.
  5. Tap Copy store link. The button shows "Copied".
  6. Paste the link into WhatsApp, your Instagram bio, a message or a printed card.

Turn your storefront on or off#

In the same section, the Storefront active switch controls whether customers can browse your products and order at your link. Switch it off if you need a break. Switch it on again when you are ready. Your products and orders are not deleted.

Good to know#

  • You also see your link on the last screen of setup. The Setup checklist on the dashboard has a "Publish your storefront" step that takes you to this section.
  • Add at least one product first so customers have something to order. See Add your first product.
  • Customers can only pay online once your bank account is verified. Until then they can use cash on delivery for physical products. See Connect your bank account for payouts.
  • Every order also has its own private tracking link, which is different from your store link. See Your order tracking page.
  • Using your own domain is not available yet. See Can I use my own domain?.

If something goes wrong#

If a customer cannot open your link, check that Storefront active is on, then try the link in a private browser window. If it still fails, contact support with your store link.

Frequently asked questions

Why do customers see a not-found page on my link?

Your Storefront active switch may be off, or your account may be scheduled for deletion, which turns the storefront off. Check Settings → Business Profile → Storefront.

Do orders from my store link show up in the app?

Yes. Orders placed on your storefront appear on your Orders page, and the customer gets a confirmation email if they gave an email address.
