Payments & Payouts

Taking money from customers and getting it into your bank.

Quick answers

How do customers pay me?

Customers pay by card, UPI, or netbanking at checkout, and you can take either the full amount or an advance. You can also mark an order as cash on delivery and record the payment yourself later.

When does the money reach my bank?

Online payments are paid out to your verified bank account usually 2–3 business days after payment, subject to holidays, payment provider and your bank. The Payouts page shows what's settled, what's still pending, and the bank reference for each one.

What does the Payouts page show?

It lists each payment you've received with the net amount that reaches your bank, the customer, the order, and the settlement status. Open Details on any row for the full breakdown, including the platform fee.

Can I use my own payment gateway?

Yes, on plans that include it. In Settings you can connect your own payment account instead of collecting through H4B. If you do, money goes straight to you and the Payouts page doesn't apply — your own payment dashboard is the source of truth.

How do I record a payment taken offline?

Open the order and, in its Payment card, switch on what you've collected: Advance collected, Balance collected or Cash collected. The order's payment status and the customer's tracking page update to match.
