You can reach us in two ways: the form on the support page at handforbrand.com/support, or an email to support@handforbrand.com. This works for shop owners and for customers of a shop.

Steps#

  1. Open the support page at handforbrand.com/support.
  2. Fill in your Name and Email. Add your business name if you have one.
  3. Pick a Subject that fits, such as Payments & payouts or Storefront.
  4. Write your Message. Say what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  5. Tap Send message.
  6. Save the ticket number shown after you send. It looks like H4B-ABC123. We also try to email the number to you.

The support page shows an estimate of how long a reply usually takes.

Shop owners can also open Help & support inside the app. It is in the menu, or under More on a phone.

What to include#

Details help us help you faster:

  • Order ID, for problems with an order or payment.
  • Your store link, for example yourname.handforbrand.com.
  • A screenshot of what you see. You can attach a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB on the contact form.
  • The email you used on the account or on the order.
  • For payments, the payment ID from the Payouts page, or the confirmation the customer received.

Never send a password or a sign-in code.

Check a ticket#

  1. Open handforbrand.com/support/ticket.
  2. Enter your ticket number (H4B-...) and the email you used when you sent the message.
  3. You see the status, Received, In progress, Resolved or Closed, and any replies from H4B Support.

If the details do not match, the page says it could not find a ticket. Check for typos and use the same email.

If the form does not work#

Email support@handforbrand.com instead, with the same details.
