For customers

How do I sign in to see all my orders?

Use the email you ordered with at account.handforbrand.com to get a sign-in code and see every order from every shop in one place. No password needed.

Go to account.handforbrand.com, enter the email you used when you ordered, and type the code we send you. You then see your orders from every business that uses HandForBrand.

Steps#

  1. Open account.handforbrand.com.
  2. Enter your Email, the one you used at checkout, and tap Send code.
  3. Open your email and find the sign-in code.
  4. Type the code into Enter code (it is at least 6 digits) and tap Verify & sign in.
  5. You land on Your Orders, grouped by business. Tap an order to open its tracking page.

An order that has a new reply from the shop, or a new stage since you last looked, is marked so you can spot it.

Update your details#

On the same page, open Edit profile to add your Full name and Phone, then tap Save. Tap Log out when you finish.

If the code does not arrive#

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Make sure the email is spelled the same as at checkout. If you used a different email for the order, use that one.
  • The app says "No orders found for this email" if that address has never placed an order. Try another address you may have used.
  • If you see "Could not send the code. Please try again in a minute", wait a little and try again.
  • Tap Use a different email to go back and send a new code.
  • A wrong or expired code is rejected. Request a new one.

You do not need to sign in to use a single order's tracking link. See Your order tracking page.

Still stuck?#

Contact support and include the email you used and the shop's name. Please do not send us your sign-in code.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create a password?

No. You sign in with a code sent to your email each time. There is no password.

Why does it say no orders found for this email?

The app only sends a code to an address that has placed an order. Try the email you gave at checkout, and check the spelling.
